This loan is the ultimate cash flow loan. Payments are as low as 1.25%. This loan has an adjustable rate mortgage with the first 12 months payments calculated at 1.25% (payment rate) with an APR of 7.843%. There are 4 payment options.

  • 1.25% payment rate
  • Interest only payment
  • 30 year fully amortized payment
  • 15 year fully amortized payment

You can actually make any payment you want over the minimum payment. The payment can adjust by a maximum of 7.5% of the current payment in any year. After 5 years the loan is recast (amortized) for the remaining 25 years of the loan. Of course, you could refinance at that time to bring the payments back down.
